DIGIRESTORE SERVICES
Available exclusively from Digidat, DigiRestore is a proprietary process which involves taking distortion free, high resolution pictures of the original photomask and creating digital data from those pictures. GDSII data can now be recreated from original photomasks with feature sizes down to 1.2um and die sizes as large as 10mm. The GDSII data produced contains no rounded corners or other apparitions from the mask. The data is re-assembled by a design engineer so that overlay and consistency is maintained. DigiRestore is a procedure which is particularly useful for re-creating databases that have been lost or have become unreadable due to the deterioration of magnetic media. DATA CONVERSION TO GDSII
Our custom written conversion programs detect and fix many data issues that are not corrected in off-the-shelf conversion programs.TESTIMONIAL
"Digidat has worked closely with us to procure high quality masks in an expedient manner. In particular, they worked with us on one of Teledyne's biggest programs (BTB) to solve issues on photomasks that were generated at an alternate supplier."
